The title of this post is in fact not true. I never wanted a brother. I loved being the only boy and being the youngest. I always had my own room, I never shared clothes, and I am the one and only Prince Peter.
That being said, I do enjoy having two brothers in law, and a psuedo brother who lived across the street.
I am speaking of one David Drew Dickinson. I used to call him my little brother (although he is much bigger than me now) and I spent a lot of time at his house watching sports and playing video games. David reminded me that when I was in High School, Jordan and I would go over to the Dickinson's and go "swimming". Swimming really meant let's try this new wrestling move on David. He claims that we executed the
Doomsday Device on him on more than one occasion.
For years we have talked about David coming out to visit me and he finally did this weekend. David is a very easy guest to entertain because we like all of the same things. Niners, Angels, Lakers. We spent the weekend sight seeing, eating, and watching basketball.

| We had beautiful and warm weather on Friday. It really was the perfect day for seeing the monuments. |
 |
| Knows how to party. |
 |
| I'm still taller but he now outweighs me by 50 lbs. All this kid does is eat, and lift weights. |
 |
| The ward tubing trip to Liberty Mountain. David's first encounter with YSAs and his second encounter with snow. He enjoyed both thoroughly. David ate an entire pizza when we stopped for lunch on the way home. |
 |
| Shannon, Peter, David, and Domineau doing a little sight seeing at the Capitol. Yes, I used to work there. Notice how Shannon and I are wearing the official uniform of Arlington, black fleece and jeans. |
 |
| One of the best picture spots in all of Washington DC. |

I think David had a really good time. We saw most of the sights, he was able to go to the gym, meet most of my friends, and live the life of a Colonialite for the weekend. David went to church with me and I was reminded that the last time he went to church with me was when I had my missionary farewell 11 years ago. David even managed to get me to try and grab the basketball rim in the cultural hall after Elder's Quorum. I didn't humiliate myself.
I got in excellent practice for hosting guests and can't wait for my family to come and visit me in the Spring.

You need to take eating lessons from David. That was awesome.
