I am by no means a culinary master. Generally the most gourmet I get is eating out at a place that uses cloth napkins. However, last night I hosted a dinner party and cooked my specialty, mini pizzas. I learned this recipe over the summer from Neil and Maren and it's been my "go to" ever since. I made dinner for eight, lots of mini pizzas, caeser salad, and for dessert hostess cupcakes. I thought it tasted pretty good and my guests seemed to enjoy it as well. They are pretty polite so I doubt they would have said anything even if it didn't. I think it is safe to say that we had a nice evening and that I will indeed host again.
