As Real As lt Gets...But Was This Predetermined

It's no secret (although maybe it should be) that I am huge fan of UFC. In fact my interest in UFC has totally eclipsed my interest in WWE, but when those two worlds collide, well, that deserves a blog post.

On Saturday night UFC Champion fighter, and old friend Brock Lesnar was absolutely brutalized by Cain Velasquez. We ordered the fight at home and it was a really great and exciting card. Diego Sanchez' running screaming slam got us all fired up. But the most bizarre moment of the evening besides the announcement of Joe's life choices with Brian Logan during the "what if" game was this interaction that occurred right after the fight.



So the question is, was that real? I am leaning towards not. In fact it is probably Vince capitalizing on Brock's main stream exposure. But I must say that I love when there is cross over like this.

Dan and I were discussing this incident over g chat today and we determined challenges thrown down in this matter are likely to become regular occurrences at 19th and Kent.
