Who is this man?

Yesterday the American Meat Institute had it's annual hot dog lunch. Since hot dogs are a big part of our national past time they brought a few classic ball players to sign autographs. This former Angel All Star was among them. He was very gracious and took a minute to sign a baseball and talk about the Angels. I am curious how many people besides Dan Nelson know who this is. It's not that hard really... even Mandy Stephenson's old boyfriend should get this. The answer will be revealed tomorrow.
