Monday Domination (Haiku Included)

dom·i·nate /ˈdɒməˌneɪt/ –verb (used with object)
1.to rule over; govern; control
Sore from football game
Cougars robbed but still impressed
Niners on TV
Well a lot of things went on over the weekend and there are a few other things I would like to touch on.
  • I am a results oriented guy. Sure I look for the bright side in things but I would have preferred a victory from my Cougars and the Angels.
  • We had a nice crew over for the game on Saturday. The first half was a bit of a disaster but the Cougars looked strong against the home town team and I am excited to see what they do next week against Tulsa. I am pleased I didn't have to use my chap stick afterall.
  • Brian Barker affectionately known as B Squared made his triumphant return to Washington DC. We celebrated this by dominating a BBQ held by Kat Fleming. In a classic Peter moment we had arrived a little late and parking on the street seemed limited. I told Brian to just park in the drive way, in fact I told him to pull all the way up. The entire party stopped to see who had the audacity to pull such a move. The moment they saw it was me, they not only accepted...they respected it. That my friends is domination.
  • This is probably my favorite time of the sports year. Football and baseball and basketball only six weeks away.

If you looked up domination in the dictionary there would be a picture of you.

Well done...well done indeed.

Yes Peter you dominated...especially on my blog today. I do not want to dominate. I want a simple, sweet life that is full of contentment...not domination.

I am also glad that you did not have to use your chapstick. That would have been ackward for everyone involved.

This is my first time leaving a comment on someone's blog. Did I do it right? :)
